Our Story — Why La Femme Exists
Dr. Naphade spent 12 years at Apollo Cradle in Bangalore, one of India's busiest maternity and fertility hospitals. She trained internationally in IVF techniques in Germany. She published over 50 research papers in reproductive medicine. She received the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) award - one of the most respected recognitions in fertility research globally.
But through all of that, what shaped her most was not the awards or the papers. It was the patients.
